​Before David helped me I was getting nowhere. People were just ignoring me, thinking I was making things up. He did a mandatory re-consideration with me and then we went to tribunal. My application was denied and I was ready to leave it. He said I think there’s been an error in law and we should go to the upper-tier tribunal. We won and I got told there and then.
