Christmas Holiday Closure Dates and Emergency Support.

Our office will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 24 December - 3 January 2022. We will reopen on the 4th January 2022 when we will be taking and dealing with all enquiries once again via telephone and email.

If you need emergency support for your housing whilst we are closed please contact Shelter Merseyside on 03301 755 121 between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Liverpool Citizens Support Scheme

Eligible families with children under one, families with youngsters aged two years who are entitled to free early education, and families with children entitled to free school meals will receive three weeks’ worth of £15 supermarket vouchers per child.
