EU citizens will be able to apply for settled or pre-settled status up until 30th June 2021, giving them access to benefits such as NHS care and the option to apply for British Citizenship if they wish to.
Applications for staying in the UK by EU Citizens must take place online.
Applications can be made via this section of the gov.uk website: https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families

The scheme is known as the EU settlement scheme, and applicants must usually have been resident in the UK since 31st December 2020.
